We’re excited to announce a powerful new addition to the Central Topeka Grocery Oasis team—Sara Cain!

Sara is a proud resident of Chesney Park, one of the nine core neighborhoods we serve, and she brings deep roots, bold energy, and a no-nonsense passion for community to everything she does. A true “people person,” Sara doesn’t know a stranger. She’s the kind of go-getter who rolls up her sleeves, gets involved, and makes things happen.

"As someone deeply invested in our community, I’m passionate about being part of solutions that make a lasting impact," Sara says. "I look forward to working alongside this incredible team to help turn vision into reality."

Sara brings a wealth of experience to the table. She’s a dedicated realtor and the team lead of Legacy Group at Coldwell Banker American Home, where she helps clients navigate real estate with care and expertise. She’s also a co-owner of Cain Home Solutions LLC, a construction company that focuses on high-quality home rehabilitations—so she knows what it takes to build things that last.

But what really sets Sara apart is her heart for community. Whether she’s volunteering, investing in local property, or brainstorming ways to uplift her neighborhood, Sara’s focus is always on building a stronger, more connected Central Topeka.
